Description
During World War II, a small group of misfit Italian soldiers is sent to a tiny Greek island in the Aegean for four months of lookout duty. Shortly after their transport ship is destroyed, the group manages to demolish their shortwave radio. As they lose all touch with the world outside, they are absorbed into the life of the idyllic island.
